Burned fan sues Cowboys

A Dallas Cowboys fan is burning mad at her team.

Jennelle Carrillo, of Cleburne, Texas, has sued the Cowboys and owner/general manager Jerry Jones after she suffered severe burns to her backside(ass) while allegedly sitting on a bench outside Cowboys Stadium before a team scrimmage in August 2010.

Temperatures on the day of the annual Blue & Silver scrimmage were more than 100 degrees, and the bench that Carrillo sat on was black.

UNBELIEVABLE - SO - with the temperatures being more than 100 degrees - did she NOT feel something the minute she sat down - AND - this happened two years ago.

haha and the sad thing is that they will probably win. like getting burned by a coffee that didnt have a caution on it being hot. our justice system is terribly flawed

Whats even sadder is a lawyer could even take a case as ridiculous as this.What needs to start happening is the lawyers and the ones suing for such stupid shit should be brought up on charges and fined!! Maybe more people would think twice about wasting the tax payers money on this B/S!!!

Actually though,now that I think about it,when I went to Seaworld and went to the Shamu show I sat down right in front of the tank which was directly in the sun baking akll day and I think I may have gotten burned too.I dont recal a sign saying "HEY JACKASSS THE BENCHES ARE EXPOSED TO DIRECT SUNLIGHT ALL DAY SO THEY MAY BE HOT.SIT AT OWN RISK" so I think im gonna sue too!!!!!

This is what this P U S S Y run govt has created!! Bigger P U S S I E S who think they can sue for any and EVERY little thing.No one has any personal responsibilty anymore!! The govt has to treat every adult as infants and hold thier hands while crossing the streets and wipe their friggin a sses for them!!!! Speaking of which,I guess if I decide to wipe my a ss with a pinnapple I can sue becausse theres no warning label on t right???? We need to start holding people accountable for their own actions and stop tryng to pass the buck as to who else is responsible!!!

friends we live in an entitlement world in which one isn't responsible for their own actions.

to me common sense would dictate that if i am going to sit on a marble bench in direct sunlight that i check to see how hot it is....or if i sit down i notice it is hot and i stand up.

for those of us who grew up when car seats were all vinyl remember going out to car and fighting NOT to have to sit on the side that was in the sun.
