Come on pally. Don't forget we worked out together for several years. Be honest with these fine folks. You forgot WHAM, Frankie Goes to Hollywood, the Indigo Girls, and the Backstreet Boys. But I finally did figure out why you always wanted to stand over me and spot when I only had 145lbs on the bar.

I been spending the past, ohhhh, I dunno, 4 years focusing more on cardio. I run about 5 miles every morning. My taste in music has become more eclectic over the past few years, since I can't listen to the same 4 or 5 groups over and over and over and over and over and over.... again. Good Lord, every 5th day, I was back to song one again.

As lame as it may sound I listen to Dido when stretching, she relaxes the heck out of me.

You had me at your very first selection. Hands down my favorite group. Fear Factory can get me in the mood to do some damage in the gym.
Fear Factory is my fav band by far. Have you heard the new album, The Industrialist? I was shocked to find out Gene Hoglan is not in the band no more. Raymond Herrera left big shoes to fill with his style and Gene was the perfect fit...imo.

Really, thats too cool ! I didn't know any history of the band was Chris the vocals ? Sirens was my favorite album from them I got away from the "mainstream stuff" when I was a kid, I liked ol' skool metal like those I listed and punk too Jodie Fosters Army, Minor Threat, Crass, DRI (still touring the world). Yeah I can remember when I played my Jump in the Fire EP at a party nobody had even heard of Metalica back then.
Leaders did what others weren't willing to do, now they enjoy the things that others do not.

yea,,,,cris was vocals...they put a shrine to him up at hard rock laterdale...he was a decent guy. but after he passed they split and the guitarist, drummer became trans sibarian orchestra. this was right after gutter ballet...i thought that was their best album...they had ALOT of line up changes. we practiced at a warehouse down from them for a short time.... i'm sure none of them could pick me out of a crowd of 1 now....but we had alot of fun!!
