    What is everyone listening to when you are training? I listen to alot of different bands/groups, depends what mood i am in. Here are my favs

    Fear Factory
    Chimaira
    Slipknot
    Mudvayne
    Pantera
    Alice in Chains
    Godsmack

    I don't have an ipod but all I hear is the dumb music at the gym that they play over and over. I feel like I am at a dance club, lol. I would liek to hear some good ole rock and roll

        what no ipod or music? I have all my music on my phone so that helps. I dont know how you do it, listening to the music at gym, i will pray for you lol.

                    that makes 2 of us lol. I remeber going to raves in wharehouses out in L.A. Tripped out, listening to house music, techno, deep house, trance and all that...back in the day.

                      Well when I am doing cardio, I read. When doing weights, I really don't even notice the music

                            Todays set list calls for Led Zepplin, AC/DC, Ozzy, Def Leppard and Motley Crue. Maybe a few tunes by Skid Row too.
