Can anyone tell me if they have read any of Arnolds books before? There are a few out there and was wondering which one is the best? I also heard in one of his books he admits to taking dbol everyday for breakfast? lol

I've pretty much read the Schwarzenegger Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding from cover to cover lol. I also read 'The Education of a Bodybuilder' which was also good. Gives you some insights into his personal life when he was younger.Train Till Your Eyes Bleed!

i hate that jerk, hes so full of shit. thats what me and a few guys were just talking about who of all the bbers ever known do u hate the most and imo its arnold.all information is for entertainment purposes only and i dont condone the illegal use of steroids! iam just on here for fun and anything said is fictitious not real!!!!!!!!Comment

I can understand why people might not like Arnold. I think people tend to worship him as some kind of perfect God-like figure. But how many people really know the man?
He did more for bodybuilding than any other person, theres no doubt about that. For that, he is owed a debt of gratitude from all of us.
Some people who know Arnold say he can be a complete jerk. I dunno. He had a child behind his wifes back and denied it for years.
I still am inspired by his story. I love listening to him talk.
On the surface, I like the guy, If he is on a talk show, I am watching it. Is he full of shit? I dunno, probably. lolComment
