For guys who hate to train legs, I guess its great.
I heard that a recent local BB contest had more board short competitors than actual bodybuilders.
Oh well, maybe its good for the sport, I dunno.
What do you think? Is this a good or bad thing for the sport of bodybuilding?
I guess I'm old and old school. I've always looked down on guys that choose not to put in some hard work to train legs. Board shorts? Its a way to cover up your flaws or lack of dedication. I think it's an insult to share a show with those guys. Without guys like us, they wouldn't have a sport and I think its ridiculous to let them ride on our shirt tails. But, hay, it helps sell magazines...I don't know anyone who'd buy those mags- but then...it helps sell supplements.
Things change. I get it. Everybody gets a little ribbon whether they win or lose, no dodge-ball in school...THE LAST PLACE I expected to see this same line of thinking was in bodybuilding! Let them share the stage at a Miss America contest!
