These people need to get a life. If someone wants to fly a flag on their grave they should be able to. After all, don't they own the lot they are buried in? "Getting to hazardous for maintenance staff...", sounds like the maintenance staff is lazy if you ask me. Disrespectful is right, placing a flag on a veteran's grave is the least we all can do for his/her commitment to this country...
