    Oh man I love beef. I was having beef for two of my meals a day and slow cook roast was one of them. We think the beef or the saturated fats are keeping me from getting completely preped so I'm off beef till after the show.

    3lbs only last me 2 sittings right now.. lol. But I agree.. It get's a little tough in the fridge after a while. I've been thinking about the crock pot.. just broke it out for a roast the other night.

    I've been cooking my chicken in the crock pot on low overnight. Then adding seasoning and shredding it before packing it away. It stays so much more moist and it's way easier to eat. I can eat freshly grilled chicken, but if I grill a bunch and have to reheat it, it get tough as leather. My .02

    Pure isolate protein shake (Cake Batter flavor). I also add 1 soup of nat peanut butter, 3 egg whites some instant coffee and some sugar free Hersheys chocolate. It taste great!

    Here's a shot this morning with just a little bit of water restriction. I got to the shop and decided to snap a few. 11 days and counting.

    Always follow your trainers advice, they are working with you firsthand and can make a better assessment.

    Depending on time of day I train I will have a PWO shake. Here is what Andy recommends and what I have done with success.

    Training at 7am as I do at times, I have 10g BCAA's before leaving for the gym and sip on 10g in water while training. I come home and at 11am will slam 75g of whey and 100g of dextrose and have a meal an hour later. I count the protein and carbs from the shake in my macros but not as a meal. My meals this day will be smaller as such.

    Training at 2pm, I eat a meal at 11am and during training I will sip on 10g BCAA's. Immediately Post workout I have my shake as above. Again, I count it in the macros but not as a meal. Then before 7pm I will have 2 more meals. I'm eating about 3500-3600 calories a day on training days and condensing that into 3 meals gives me quite a bit of food rather then 6-7 small meals.

    Yeah, I tried it at one point until I started with my new trainer. I was eating berries, bcaa's, etc....during the day and then basically eating what I wanted for the 8 hour window. I've read about the IF and how it compares to the Warrior Diet. I would actually like that setup but I will do what my trainer has for me now.

    Sounds interesting! May have to try this sometime. Do you drink anything post-workout, or just strictly only eat 3 meals?

    Correct, except the Warrior Diet is usually one large feeding at night and you graze on nuts, berries etc during the day.

    It is written in Japanese as he lives there but is translated into English. Very simple plan and I have a calorie site that figures your macros depending on goal if anyone wants.
