        Don't know my max but last workout i did 315 for 6reps. Chest is one of my weakests parts.

                I hate it when they ask me that. I know Im way bigger than the person who asks me but come on. Ask me how much I squat, eat, curl, or something different but not how much I bench.

                        don't max out much! did 415 one time... but here's what i do on the last set

                        flat 4 reps 345 lb
                        decline 4 reps 365 lb
                        incline 4 reps 275 lb

                        more or less depending on which one i do first.

                            I did my best 3 days ago actually. Got 365 for 1 good solid rep. I bet i could do 375 though.
