IN A WOMENS PRISON TONIGHT. WE ARE UPGRADING ALL THE RESTROOMS TO BE ADA ACCESSIBLE. JUST THINK OF ALL THE COMOTION IM GOING TO STIR UP...THE WOMEN WERE HOOTING AND HOLLERING AT ME THROUGH THE BARS LAST TIME!! HAA!

freaking ADA. our city has had to spend nearly $500,000 on re doing sidewalk curb ramps because some guy said they are 2" too narrow. he said it's not that he wants to use those sidewalks but it is his right to use them if he wants. of course he used his scooter to navigate them anyway and had no probs
he thinks he is some kind of hero for handicapped folk.
just another example of how a very very small minority can cause huge $$$ for governments and businesses.
i am all for trying to help folk out but its too much"SHIAT BIOTCH, thats a big ass!"
