Not to mention cancer causing plaque and other toxic nasties. I read somewhere along time ago that John Wayne had 30lbs of undigested meat in his colon, guess fibre IS really important.Leaders did what others weren't willing to do, now they enjoy the things that others do not.

i did it once. it was horrible. lady said lie down on your side and pull your knees to your chest. i was wearing a medcal gown and i felt my nuts were dangling out back from between my legs.
she said relax and i felt that thing on my ass...........i clenched up. she rubbed my hip and told me to relax then just jammed that thing up there when i did not. i told her i would pay her i just wanted to go home. she said "no" and filled me with water.
feels like you have to go so bad you might burst.
she told me to look at the clear tube. i really did not want to see my poop float by like in one of those sci/fi movies where the hero has to save someone from the tube filled with water.
i dont know how long it went on, this big black lady telling me to relax while rubbing my leg and hip, telling me i am in really good shape with a tube up my butt. over and over the water flowed in. she had to tell me to breathe i think i almost blacked out because i thought i was somewhere else then i heard her say "good your relaxed" then "oh you tensed up again"
when it was over i went to the bathroom (didnt bother closing the back of the robe) cleaned up and got dressed. she gave me a cup of electrolytes and good bacteria for my gut. i lost 3 pounds on the scale from before to after.
she gave me a hug and told me to come back every 2 weeks. she was really nice but i could not do it even though i felt great after. oh, stay near a bathroom after as all that water does not come out at once at the office.
