    F.I.S.T. is a **** ****

    cool dude! lmao.... thanks for the recipes that you post brotha, some of those have been great. I love to cook and cook alot on the weekends for the week. I have a commercial grill, smoker, rotisserie and rice cooker. I also have all kinds of commercial grinders and make all kinds of sausage jerky and things. a buddy of mine was a butcher and taught me all his tips years ago. I also do my own processing for deer and hogs. I have also done alot of goats rabbits and other things as well for people.

    So............. any recipes you got............bring ummmmm on!!!

    BIGMOFO AND FIST SHOULD TEAM UP AND START SELLING COMMERCIALLY TO ALL OF THE BOARDS..JUST LIKE THE LUNCH TRUCK THAT GOES AROUND TO ALL THE DIFFERENT BUSINESSES DURING THE WORK WEEK, YOU GUYS CAN BE THE BIG LUNCH TRUCK THAT DELIVERS TO THE BOARD MEMBERS LMAO!

            Love the lunch truck idea.Have to think of a cool name for it.TTE said something the other night which had a great ring to it."FOCUS ON FITNESS" I told him it sounded like a great name for a site but maybe for the healthy lunch truck??
