    We've known for a long time about the benefits of exercise as a way to enhance our physical condition and combat disease; but it hasn't been until more recently that exercise is being recognized as an element in maintaining mental fitness.

    oh yeah. i love it after a hard round and i can suck air comfortably again i just start smiling. same with super hot foods that make me tear up. i feel great after the burn subsides.

    and some say pain is bad

        YEA...BEING OUT OF THE GYM SINCE AUG. I KNOW WHAT THE DIFF IS NOW.... WHEN I'M WORKING OUT MY OVERALL MOOD IS MUCH BETTER!! I CANT WAIT TO GET BACK INTO THE GYM
        HE WHO MAKES A BEAST OF HIMSELF, GET'S RID OF THE PAIN OF BEING A MAN!!
