              just got done with a bowl from pho que huong of spicy curry chicken and noodles. i use alot o fthat unlabled pepper stuff and it was super mega ultra good

                Just got home from a seafood buffet! Steamed king crab legs w/ hot butter, clams, prime rib, shrimp and blueberry cheesecake! Id call this a cheat day

                  For breakfast today, Uncle Sam cereal, with almond milk mixed with whey/caisein/milk protein blend.
                  MCT and fish oil for fat.
