If you are having trouble staying logged in when navigating between forums/topics/etc., you need to reset your session cookie. Go into your browser and delete any cookie for the site them log back in. This should fix the login issue.
idk what your strengths and weaknesses are but sounds like a good time to blast yours legs and abs.. i had a shoulder impingement a few years ago and took the time to focus on lower body. if anything it kept me focused. keep us posted man
for the first few weeks i went in and hit legs hard and did cardio.....WHAT A MINDFUK THAT WAS!!!! all the weights laying around calling out....c'mon dave...just a little warm up...get some blood into the muscle! iy'll be good for you!!....couldnt do it!! lol...i have to get better first
