Yeah, pancreatic cancer but when he stepped down, is wasn't expressed how bad it was.

There is a rumor that the guys knew he wouldn't make it for another iPhone release and that's why they went with the 4s....for Steve. Just a rumor but would be cool if it's real

Well..anyone that has cancer is a very sad thing..He was a very smart man and although he was a visionary, I disliked the aspect that he give very little if anything to charity..he was worth like 8 billion too..He could have helped alot of ppl in need..but yet RIP

i agree he didnt "give" much money away, but without him, we'd be light years behind where we are now...no phone email, no ipads, the info sharing from dr to dr would be at a snail crawl with papers and files having to be sent via patiant...its all instantly now! maybe someone else would have eventually invented this shyt...but they didnt...he did. i'm NOT a steve jobs groupie by any means...guy coulda been a complete prick for all i know....but he gave alot of tech that saved lives....thats worth more than his own billions imo

Well..Daved I said he was very smart, but he was cheap imo..he didnt give anymore than like 80 or 90k in his lifetime and someone would have come up with that stuff..ppl survived b4..Ive listened to him talk a few times and to be honest, i thought he was a jerk...just my opinion..

I actually know alot of ppl that thought he was an a**hole, but i admit he did have a genius in him, but like 8 billion and only give even say 90k is like us findin a cent on the ground and giving it to a homeless person haha! Its kinda insane, not to have done anything to help someone..Gosh, he could actually could have saved an entire citys economic structure like Detroit or multiple ones..I know what he did was entirely a vast amount of good, but common now...Well..i like givin u a hard time too..lol
