What do you order? I like the turkey burgers at carls Jr, turkey avocaddo sandwich at subway, and the grilled chicken fresco tacos at taco bell....

I don't eat a lot of carbs so any burger can be made into a keto style protein fat combo as long as the bun is gone! Carl's Jr rocks with their new turkey burgers plus no bun options in a lettuce wrap. I like your taco bell comment too...I try to eat half the tortilla instead of the full thing to limit my carbs...

Wendys chili . Grilled kfc trumps all.
However a hamburger or quarterpounder alone has decent profile. I dont believe in eliminating any of the macronutrients. Especially carbs you need then for energy to burn fat. If i skip a bun its only cuz its a flour product. I eat plenty of carbs from natural sources legumes potatoes grains ect. Ill get a baked potato from wendys even. I think kfc grilled chicken is least of the evils

My fast food option is wawa's buffalo blue chicken wrap. I modify it a little since it has blue cheese on it which I hate but I take it apart wipe off as much cheese as I can then cover in hot sauce and wrap back up and chow down. Its not too bad for you either, nice pro/carb meal. That turkey burger with lettuce wrap sounds great wish carls jr was over in NJ.
