IS REALLY DRY FROM KICK BOXING AND MY SHOES I WEAR AND SOMETIMES I DONT WEAR ANY SHOES ON THAT DIRTY ASS DOJO FLOOR. WELL I PICKED SOME DRY SKIN OFF YESTERDAY AND I GUESS I PULLED A LITTLE TO MUCH OFF AND MY FOOT WAS BLLEEDING LIKE A STUCK PIG. I NEED SOMETHING FOR DRY FOOT SKIN BAD

I used to work in the water alot and my hands would get soo dry they would bleed and what I did was wear rubber gloves with vaselene in them to bed try something like thatLIFT BIG, EAT BIG, GET BIG! -

i know this sounds crazy but i get it bad in the winter.i take a pair of ankle socks,coat my feet at night with Vaseline and put the socks on before i go to sleep.the trick is to keep using the same socks.don't wash them all the time.in a week or so you'll notice how soft your feet get.then i take the pumice stone in the shower and start rubbing the dead skin away.lotions and all that don't work that well cause they soak in too fast.it feels funny at first sleeping with socks on but you'll get used to it..."Who me?
