Does anyone ever eat that canned smoked herring stuff? I think its called Kipper Snacks..Ohhh man, I friggin love that stuff. You should try it. Its awesome. Tastes better than tuna. It might be loaded with mercury, but oh well, wth, lol
I love dolphin too lol- canned salmon helathier than Tuna, I read that Light Tuna healthier than white. The article I read recomended eating mercury loaded tuna no more than once per week. Yes Love that herring stuff also canned oysters and canned goya octopus

anyone eat frog legs? I reemmber my grandpa, about a gazziilion years ago always talking about frog legs and how they taste like chicken...hahaha...Now everything tastes like chicken
I use to torture myself for weeks at a time by only eating tuna and drinking water. 11-12 years ago my mercury levels were just below toxic levels. My MD specialized in nutritional medicine had me do chelation therapy. Although it wasn't "standard protocol" it worked very well. She also suggested that I eat dark tuna or better yet eat can salmon. I worry about lead accumulating or other heavy metals that can't be leeched out of my system.
@ kets we have the same taste in can fished, but I haven't tried frog legs yet.
