Not until it was too late for me to compete. I have been working out all my life but didn't start weightlifting until I was 30+.Comment

started at 12, got serious by 15ish, was my biggest at 18 which is depressing since I'm almost 25 now and weigh 40# less.Comment

Probally in my early thirties is when I began doing it more regulary, I realized it's what kept me alive and it was something fun and good for me, no matter what the weather was like or if I had a partner.Leaders did what others weren't willing to do, now they enjoy the things that others do not.
