same sort of thing happened to me. she claimed it happened, but she didn't know for sure since she blacked out ... she wouldn't pursue it because she said she'd rather not know than know for sure ...

so i got my satisfaction out of him, but i don't really buy her story, but i sure did feel better about it once he was in a hospital.

I think Got Gear is the only one who offered any sensible advice. Unless you know for 100% fact that it happened, putting some guy in the hospital or injuring him for life makes you as bad as every other criminal. Working in bars for years, I've seen so many dudes fuck up some poor unsuspecting "rapist", most of the time I would say that it's was a "regretted decision" or the chick is a flaky skank. I'm not saying that's the case for GearTrippers girl but it's definitely food for thought. Would you commit a violent crime, risk jail time and a criminal record for life, to avenge something that is "he said she said". If you would, enjoy a long and prosperous life in whatever trailer park you came from. This is my 2 cents on the alleged rapist issue.

yes, I agree that some girls yell rape when they regret a decision they made. You guys assume the girl is lying right off the bat.

I was at this party once and this attractive girl was fucking drunk off her ass - passing in & out of consciousness. All these dudes are trying to take advantage of her, groping her and shit.

So if this chick was flerting with them earlier in the night does that mean since she's passed out now, that it's cool for them to go ahead and screw her.

the subject is certainly a touchy one......a girl that used to mess with a buddy of mine was going off to college in a few weeks (this was WAAAY back in the day when I was in HS), and seeing as how I was friends with her,too, she asked me to a movie. We went, she took me home and then we made out for like 30 mins. After that she started showing up at my house, everyday, for about two weeks. The last day, things got pretty hot and heavy in my room and she was on top of me grinding away (through the clothes, mind you, we didn't REALLY do anything) and that's about as far as it went, or so I thought. I find out months later that she's telling a shitload of people that I tried to rape her......not a good thing to have going around behind your back

Such a crock of shit, my freakin' parents were home during this alleged attempted rape......she could've certainly climbed off of me and run downstairs before I was able to even get out of the bed. The thing was, she felt guilty about fooling around with me since she'd messed with my buddy before, too, and decided to try to save her integrity by slamming mine. Luckily, she was a totally trashy b!tch, so no one believed her.......could've been really bad for me
