    116 in a building polishing concrete. two days of that and back out to a pool deck restoration at a relatively cool 100. I eat a little sea salt and drink a ton of everything cold and wet.
    Taking breaks every 2 hours or so is great if you can swing it. Just running water over your wrists and neck is a good way to cool off fast.

    Cant wait for breath of fall weather....

      This has been the hottest july and august where we live in years.Working outside never bother me. Befrore I worked for the airlines I did hvac service and installation and man being in those small attics in the dead of summer yeah you would come out soaked

          was a high voltage electrican in south ga. and north fl. i dont miss the 100+ degree weeks. and when it rains with the heat just enuff to make it so you cant breath. thank GOD i work inside now. had to take to shirts with me so at lunch i would put on a clean dry shirt. cause i didnt wanta be stinky wet eating lunch

            I pulled a lotta wire back in the day when I lived in Houston, 100 and somethin deg's plus 100% humidityjust sucked a$$. especially when you're in an attic pulling home runs, jsut many of the privlages of being short. today im doing some calking on a duplex for my landlord but thankfully it's only going to be in the 70's. yeah, it's amazing how much water/poweraid you can chug down in an afternoon.
