It got whipped in the Car & Driver mag,huh. Motor Trend is a rag too, but 8 pro drivers gave the cars hell. And they all put the Stang up top. Clean sweep.

I can't wait til they hit used lots. I might sell my bike for that thing. Take it to the strip and see what's up for real. That's where it really goes down. My wife has been wanting me to get another Stang. Man, how I'd love a 400hp GT. No matter what the competition, pound-for-pound, says they're puttin down.

and we still have, at least, 6 months before these hit Ford's showroom floors across America. Mustangs come out after the New year. You don't get a 2011 Mustang in the summer of 2010, like most practical cars. It's almost spring til the new model Mustangs hit the floor. It might be Feb of 2011, or so, before these badboys can even be purchaced brand new. It'll be after we welcome in 2011 for sure. That's how it's always been with Mustangs.

about 3 bolt-ons, that would cost under a grand, will have your Stang eating the new Camaro for lunch.

That's the best thing about Mustangs; how well they've always responded to bolt-ons. No other make or model through history to-date, respond like a Ford to mods. It's always been like Ford produces Mustangs slow, deliberately, from the factory. Then a little bolt-on here & there, open the intake and exhaust up and let 'em breathe, and it's like a whole nother beast.

Really?!! I was reading in the Motor Trend that they're expected to hit the showroom floors around March. Which is right when the new models always do.

hm...that's cool. They must've rushed them out this year. That cuts half a year off the possibility of me grabbing one with about 10-20K miles on it.
I try to grab the one that grandpa wanted, but quickly realized that it's just too much car. know what I mean.

yep, exactly. And ya know he's scared of the throttle.

I just got off the phone with a friend of mine that has a bike too. He was just talking about him still not comfortable with opening 'er up all the way. chicken.lol..nah, jk. I'm wanting to go ride today. It's hot, but I'm wanting to ride.

Don't feel bad. Mine went over 2 months without being cranked.
I rode it just the other evening. I need to clean it up, and ride some more though. Maybe wait til this weekend. Friday traffic, in this heat, isn't optimum riding conditions, by far. and I need to get my truck to the carwash before the weekend.

just peeked in the latest issue of muscle mustang and fast fords and they drove the '11 gt and they got a best 1/4 mile of 12.29 completely stock!!!

that's a great car!!

as for riding, i haven't ridden my bike in about 3 months. it's making me crazy but i live 4 hours away from my house with my bike because i'm living with my girl..... long story, lol.

i just sold my sportbike and it was here with me and i loved it but i speed too much and i needed the cash. it was a '08 daytona 675. that was my second daytona 675 and i will own another one

yep...they are around already. seen a gold one today, 5.0 tacked right on the fender!! looked great...i almost teared up!!! maybe i'll go back in the car biz....NOT!

yea, the 2010 camaro beat the 2010 mustang gt by a few 10th's of a second or something...but it har almost 100hp power over it!!! it should have killed the stang!!

That sounds more like it. Barely breaking into the 12s didn't sound right. That thing should easily break into the 11s with a $169 gear swap.

Man...I want one...bad!!!
