Oh yeah, I forgot, you know everything. My bad. You are wrong. The 74 billion includes rebuilding. Tearing it down and killing the dictators is part of the rebuilding and the money we are spending and the lives we are losing count towards the rebuilding process.Originally posted by LOCO
