damn i was sick as hell for about a week with the flu it really kicked my arse , feel better today made it back to the gym 6am for leg work out , hope u guys were smart and got flu shots wish i did

i didnt get a flu shot, but i know it's a mothafuker....i get sick when i get the shots so i'll just have to wing it
glad to hear your better...all in all that aint too bad...most people i know that got it, had it for a couple weeks!!HE WHO MAKES A BEAST OF HIMSELF, GET'S RID OF THE PAIN OF BEING A MAN!!

40 kids were out sick from my son's school yesterday. Also spoke to a friend whose son is ill with the flu. gonna be tested for swine but, in the meantime, put the whole family on meds and told everyone to stay home.Comment

Glad to hear you are recovering from the flu.
As far as flu shots, nope ain't ever gonna take one again.
Have had 3 and got the flu each time.
Especially leary of the Swine flu shot.Push it, Pull it, Rack it. Repeat untill wide!!

How's this.....
Got the flu shot a little over a month ago and have been on deca for several months, after learning that it increases the strength of your joints and immune system. Yet, I got the flu 2 weeks ago. I had death in the family and took off of work 2 weeks ago on Sunday & Wednesday (off on Monday/Tuesday). But instead of returning to work that Thursday, I ended up calling in sick after catching my girlfriend's cold/flu. Fortunately, I managed to drug myself up with Thera-Flu heat med, Alka-Seltzer cold med, and even a shot of straight Southern Comfort whiskey. By Saturday of that week, I had returned to work but still had the coughs for another week. After missing so many days at work, I'm not looking forward to seeing my paycheck tomorrow, since there be no differential pay on it.Loved by some, Hated by most, but RESPECTED BY ALL
