Not sure what to think of this. Is this putting the citizens of NYC in danger of another terrorist attack? Is it hard not to feel disgust for the Attorneys defending these pieces of shit? I was thinking that this trial should maybe be in bumfuk egypt away from America, but maybe there is some retribution to have them tried here. I dont know but this is ridiculous that it took eight years. Remember the Nuremburg trials? Those Natzis were hanging from the gallows, one after another. These islamist bastards should have been shot in the head years ago. How much money is this trial going to cost us?

am watching fox sunday morning...this is the news story of the year..it is unconscionable that Obama wants this trial to be a showcase. he and the AG are destroying America...while he teases the troops in afghanistan while the morale there plummets...How can anyone possibly not hate ths fuker...

The islamists love this opportunity for recruitment just 6 blocks from ground zero. This is going to be a circus and could turn catastrophic...security costs alone will be in the billions...this trial should be in saudi arabia, thats where these pieces of shit came from...this trial is a magnet for more whack jobs to gather and congregate in NYC

This could be real bad. Being tried here in the States entitles those bastards to MORE rights than if being tried elsewhere. The news was saying that, because of these rights, a freakin technicality can possible free them.

I understand the disdain, but it is what it is. We are a nation of laws, that's what a Republic is. Where would the people that oppose the trial, propose they have them held? The crime was committed in America, so where would they hold the trial? Should we just hang em' high? I ask in all seriousness, just to get some discussion on what should happen as opposed to just saying that it's BS. And regardless of what party is in office, this was bound to happen, it had to. But I do agree with the sentiment that I will be happy when this socialist POS is outta here. Let's just hope the American people are smart enough to get him out. They've proven before that they couldn't be counted on.

Stray if they wanted a trial on american soil then ok i'll say ok for now but not in friggin New York where they killed 1000's of people. Do you know how much its going to cost us taxpayers to have this side show in new york now. Just so this scum bag president can have his way and say I told ya so they would be convicted. Well ofcourse there going to pay but not in new york. Just think now every day while the trial is going on its going to be in every new york paper and it will bring up what happen back then and people who might be getting over it wont now because its brought up again.I dont beleive this should happen in our country let alone in new york.What if just say 1 terriorist gets off then what. Well Fuzo, I do think they are insane to do what they do, but that's beside the point. And I totally agree with you that NY is the worst possible place to do it, not for fear of having something happen, but it's like a slap in the face. But on the other hand, it's almost sweet.
I would like to ask, do you honestly think that every single person they apprehend is guilty, or do you think it maybe possible that they grabbed some wrongly accused people?
I'm also wondering what some of the charges against them may be, aside maybe conpiracy or something. What are the laws on the books for this kind of stuff?

i think it could very well be the best place for the trial...find 'em guilty and put the fuker to sleep. no matter what, people are gonna say the trial was a sham or whatever becouse it was held here...well, fuk it. lets do it, get it over with and come to the conclusion that we all know they're gonna come too!

what will the punishment be? does anyone know? Execution is doubtful..that is inhumane. Execution is way too politically correct...People like oprah, catie curic, shawn penn, ben affleck, al jezeera etc they will raise hell if we execute these terrorists. So we will put them in federal prison and feed them and pay billions for it.
This trial in NYC does NOBODY any good. Imagine the streets shut off in manhattan and the businesses that will suffer. Plus, forcing everyone in NYC to have to relive what happened and get depressed all over again. Just to satisfy obamas need for power and selfishness

Now we cant rule out that the possibiblity they will get off scott free as an example of how fair our judicial system is. O.J. Trial all over again. Arent we such nice people here?
