  • Barbeque pulled pork... HELP

I am having 25 people over for a party today. Cooked pork in sauce yesterday for 8 hours and shredded meat. I put it in the fridge and this morning it smells and tastes great but the meat absorbed most of the juice.

Any tips on how to reheat this so it doesn't dry out.

Need help fast. Dinner is at 4:00. Thanks. Anyone do reheating in the crock pot?

I second what Mountain man said. Also if you were to mix in just a small small amount of water in it when you put it in the oven, that would help. I mean small amount though.

Thanks for the tips! Just reheated it and added a little chicken broth and more sauce. Turned out great and not dry at all! Not much left over either!
