I'm actually Ok for tonight. I took a 2 mile run this morning before heading to the office. So I can now eat away!! Well, ehem. Excuse me. My mistake. I can "Front load with Carbs" tonight, and not feel guilty.

Im having some friends over, gonna grill some venison, ahi tuna and yard bird. a little local fare for fall. hope everyone has a fun one !Leaders did what others weren't willing to do, now they enjoy the things that others do not.
