its the holidays people dont forget to do some donations or benifits my wife and i are into ride for life, ride for cancer and allways toys for tots bike runs lets not forget all the needful children this time of year

we adopt a family very year here at work- there year is a fellow co-worker that has fallen ill to cancer. 35yrs old with a wife and 2 beautiful daughters

good to hear brother we ride in the toy runs donate 100 dollars and throw candy and little stuffed animals to the kids lined up to watch the bikes ride by

Thats cool. I help out at a local Food Bank and donate in the barrels food for the less fortunate.

It just makes ya feel good and helps others!!!!

BUMP for this thread! It's holiday time and giving gifts is really for the kids! Don't forget the ones who are less fortunate. You can pick up a toy for $5 and make a kid happy. We just picked up some toys and dropped them at the "Toys for Tots' box at the police station. Those boxes were just filled with toys!

I am all into that. At church, we grab "wish" ornaments from the Xmas tree. These people really do not have much and its pretty sad to see what they ask for, ie scarf, slippers, gloves.

Then again, there were some "wish" ornaments that I though were a little out of hand. Some people asked for a Walmart Gift Card and actually said "minimum $25 dollars"

i absolutely hate people that ask for stuff like that skinny. I think im gonna try and do an adopt a family at work. I thinkit would be great since we all work on the road and we ar ein a poor area i think it would be great pr for us and a great opp to give something back. we do as many donations at what not to the community as possible

baby1 and I buy a present for a family and leave it at a dept store they usualy have a set up there to do suff like that.
