man, I'm ready for cooler weather

I don't know who else is on the Gulf Coast, but it has just been so damn humid the last couple weeks with this low hanging over us. It's the low pressure that's pulled all that rain off the Gulf that's flooded Atlanta. We've had just a couple of decent showers from it, but mostly just hot, humid, days with baking sunshine. Not the prettiest sunny days either. It's sunny, but it's hazy and humid. You get a shower, walk outside, and need to turn right around and get another shower. Ya gotta crank the car and let the a/c cool it down like you do with the heat when it's below freezing.

When is it gonna end?
I love the winter.

Dang bro that sounds nasty. I lived in Texas and it was like that a lot. Its getting cold as hell here and Im not real thrilled about it. Leaves are turning red and yellow and orange. I just fired my furnace up about an hour ago for the first time.

Dang bro that sounds nasty. I lived in Texas and it was like that a lot. Its getting cold as hell here and Im not real thrilled about it. Leaves are turning red and yellow and orange. I just fired my furnace up about an hour ago for the first time.

ahh...40s in the mornings. That means a beautiful 65 degree day here, once it warms up around mid-morning. That's perfect weather for me.

Yes, I went and bought furnace filters and turned it on today. Not too cold until just today. Drizzly, gray and cold. Of course youre up in the mountains and Im about 40 minutes from the mountains. Im driving to DIA tomorrow so I hope its not snowing

here on the east coast the weather is changing constantly. Could be 80 one day and the next mid 60's. Sign the fall is arriving.
