New Tattoo next week

I am getting a pretty large BADASS piece next week all along my ribcage..prolly will take around 8 hours and very very detailed!!!

Anyone take tylenol before getting inked..should I just man the hell up?..i have other artwork an yea im usually the first to say you gotta go throught the "right of passage and all that stuff" ...but 8 hours on the ribs doesnt sound like the most pleasant thing in the world

You gotta earn em, lol! I really doubt tylenol will help man. I know of people that have tried that (heavier than tylenol) with no luck at all. Pain is just part of the process baby. My most recent one wasn't any fun at all but that's just how it goes. What are you gettin? I was just talkin the other day with my artist down in Jax Beach about gettin my left forearm done with an image based on the Shroud of Turin to tie in with some other things I've got and eventually get both arms sleeved out. Believe it or not, when I got my last one done, there was this cat in there gettin his cherry busted and it was a full ****in back piece! I kinda felt sorry for the kid, but he took it like a pro.

You don't want to take tylenol it will thin your blood out and make it harder on the artist to tattoo you.
