Why is it that those friggin liberals want to crucify senator wilson for saying you lie and it was the truth that blojama lied but when bush was speaking to congress the same thing happen 2x that a liberal democrat said you lie but nothing happen to those senators back then. Its a damn shame that liberals think the way they do and think they canbget away with shit I got news for you liberals 4 years new republican president. Next year here come the republican seats back

There is an off-beat crazy agenda going on. During Baucus' speech this afternoon about healthcare, I flipped through the channels to see what was showing. I think the other news channels had him on except msnbc. They had a black senator talking about Wilson and how his outburst was indeed racially driven. The lady interviewing him asked if he believed a white president would have been called a lier in tat situation. (I know. what a brilliant hypothetical scenario. my god at the journalism today.) but anyway, after that stupid ass softball, this black senator went on to say, "of course not". Then he rambled on about the Confederate flag that used to fly over the state capital of SC. I remember that was a big deal constantly in SC. There were protests, and people trying to cut it down on a regular basis. This senator couldn't understand how it has a place in history. Especially at that building in SC where I forget what battle was there, but still. If it has no rightful place in history, then I guess General Lee, any statue, shrine, scripture, or anything about him should be banished as well.

i donnt remember anyone yelling "you lie" to a sitting president while the house was in sestion!!! thats a no-no. there's laws about that, thats why he getting so much shyt over it. i think obama's a liar too and i think the guy did the right thing and appologized immediately, like he should have, so i believe they should get off him now.

I think you all are forgetting the outcome of this situation....the "you lie" was directed at the no screening process of the health care process so it didn't per say approve illegal aliens but there was no safeguards in there to protect against that....of course after his outburst it was fixed

^exactly stout. After Wilson's side has actually been the one's working to fill those loopholes only to have the preesident stand up there and make that false statement...it brought some emotions to a head with many on Wilson's end of the stick. He just called a spade a spade. And there have been outbursts in the House prior to Wilson. The whole democratic house yelled shyt at Bush Jr. I watched a video of it the other day.

welp...i dont like the fuker at all (obama) but i still cant find any video of anyone yelling "you lie" to the president of the united states while the house is in sestion. house in sestion and you lie!!! has to be those 2 things. there's a specific law against saying a sitting president is lying or a lier while the house is in sestion and he (the pres) has the floor. if you can find that, i'd be intrested in seeing it, becouse to my recolection it's never happened. i dont like the fuker, he is a lier, i dont trust the fuker but it is what it is....you cant yell lier to the sitting president when he has the floor!!!

oh....and i certainly think bush was/is a lier too...as well as ALL politicians....all of them lie at some point.

Well sometimes the truth hurts....a liar he was and I applaude the man for standing up and calling him out on it. You got to think what would have happened if no one called him out...they certainly would not have fixed it and how do you right a bill and not have a screening process?

i think i made it clear that i think the guys a fukhead. i also believe he lie's everytime he opens his mouth. i'm glad he was called out. i was just stating, what i believe, is a fact. i was just responding as to why there SEEMED a double standard....thats all bro....not defending the retard president or his dumass policy's or the lies he's telling to get them past....just responding to the "double standard" thing
