Wow sorry to hear its like that Fuzo. Had the same thing a couple days ago. It hurt from my ass all up to my neck. I could hardly walk and it hurt like shit to run. Thank god its ok now. I got it looseen enough to do some chest. yeah, incline might not've been the best thing, being it puts pressure on your back.
Ice it down. A heating pad works wonders for me. But a good 3 day rest, starting tomorrow, would be a good idea. Then see how it's feeling for Maonday.1 up

That sounds alot like a guy who I work with. He works 7 days a week; 3 or 4 of which are usually doubles. He smokes and eats like $hit but swears that he's a muscle freak. Truth is, he's ripped but knows nothing about training or even the muscle names.Originally posted by FUZO View Post
