Dont take any time off!!Screw that crap and train man. Breaks are for *****s....lmao...j/k...but If you have a brett favre type iron man streak going for consecutive days, you dont want to miss a workout and start over... 5 or 10 minutes of something high intensity still counts as a workout...I dunno..then again, there really are times you might need to chill and lay around for a few days. Just listen to your wife and your body.Comment
