WELL THERE WAS MORE INJURY THEN EXPECTED. SO THE SURGERY TOOK 3-4 HOURS. WE LEFT 430AM THIS MORNING AND JUST GOT HOME ABOUT 20 MINUTES AGO. JANICES LABRUM WAS TORN BADLY AND IN BAD SHAPE. YOUR HIP BALL JOINT IN THE SOCKET IS SUPPOSED TO BE ROUND JANICE WAS BORN WITH A MUSHROOM TYPE BALL AND THATS WHAT CAUSED ALL THIS MESS. SO HE SHAPED IT INTO A CIRCLE,FIXED THE LABRUM WITH STITCHES,SHAVED THE BONE SPURS DOWN. SHE'S SLEEPING NOW AND PROBABLY WILL BE IN MORE PAIN WHEN SHE GETS UP. BUT THE DOC WANTS HER TO START WALKING WITH CRUTCHES RIGHT NOW AND DOING LEG EXERCISES RIGHT NOW.SHE WILL HAVE TO WALK WITH CRUTCHES FOR ABOUT 5-6 WEEKS NOW AND THEN TOTAL RECOVERY WILL BE ABOUT 9 MONTHS THE DOC SAID

WOW! so glad she got that repaired. Obviously her problem was beyond the scope of manual therapy. Thank God she got the care she needed! She is in our thoughts and prayers!Comment
