    Re: cash for clunkers

nope..the same dont hold true...this aint a fukin shoe bro. the 2004 f150 cost over 100mil to devlop. ok...100million dollars for american workers!!! and thats just 1 unit!! from idea, to drawing board, to little model, to clay model, to workable proto type, to stamping, to production...MILLIONS pored into the american economy...so no...not NEARLY the same, lol

    i dont shop walmart...NEXT!

dude...i dont have any malasyn hats...i dont wear hats too ofton, but most people trade out every 3 yrs or less. this, what we're talking about here, is the second highest purchase that most peole will ever make. and, alot of people purchase every 2 yrs or less...thats alot of fukin hats dude...your actually gonna campair hats to auto's currently averaging 30k selling price each??? thats silly and not even close to compairable

its not hard for me to point a finger. i make a concience effort to purchase american everytime i can (hence the reason i dont do walmart). and i'd rather support THOUSANDS of hard working americans then 2 or 3. and resale value...well ofcourse it fukin higher when you pay more for the thing to begin with, lmao!! and quality...bro...that wars been loosing ground for over 5 years for the japs! toyota continues to drop and ford continues to rise and anybody that says differently just aint got a clue. go read...research...learn the truth.

i actually think your just another victim of the hype and bullshyt of advertising. that part of society that believe "assembled" means "built", that part of america that still believe foriegn build better although they continue to loose the information to support the argument. before it was "safty" the japs make "safer" cars...now...everything we build is fukin 5star and there little ass cars are death traps...then it was "quality"...yep///we fuked up and fell behind...ok...that was a decade ago...wake up. thing evolve and even the precuious toyota is showing they cant handle their own size...

actually...me and you both know you dont keep a unit for more than a few years. we both know that ford, toyota, either way, you pretty much qaraunteed through warranty's that your not gonna have a prob. the "quality" thing is just simply a way for foriegn buying americans to make theirselves feel better...little justifications for their own mind...my f150 has 142k and i baught it at 80k...i've done 2 oil changes (yes...dont buy a car after i've owned it). how will your be at 142k? oh wait....you wont own it for that long, will you? thats ok...i'm sure it's built good enough to make it there....you'll just never know, lol

Ok Dave- let me truley break it down for you since I'm in the industry. Almost everything and I mean almost everything you use in your daily life or you so called American Ford has in it along with the carpet in your home is imported. 90% of things you see and use in your daily life derive from oil- most of which is imported. The plastic dash in your famed Ford---you guessed it is a derivitive of oil. The dye use to color you carpet- or the Poly-Olefin used to make it- oil. The plastic forks or the tuperware -oil. diapers-oil. You name it (other than wood- and the finished used on wood-oil) it came from oil and that includes you all your cleaners around your house- and lets not forget the gas and oil in your infamous Ford. Now you say , but we refine that here-ok- but lets look at who owns the Co.'s that refine it- do you know a US owned Oil Co.? Chemical Co? there are a few, but a very few. And of course where you your gas- 80-90% of those Exxon/Mobil-BP-Valero- or whatever station you use are owned and operated by what???? Foriegners. I bet you haven't checked the clothes on your back lately for where they are made. All I'm saying is lets don't get all caught up in the American Made thing and try to make other feel bad because they didn't buy a so-called American made vehicle- truth be know- we aint that American other than in spirit.

omg deep!!!! your going WAAAY out on this...yea, ok...i'll stop buying anything derived from oil!!! ....i cant do anything about the oil in my dam dash board, or anywhere else. why would you even bring such an argument to the discussion....c'mon. if you dont understand, it's purely becouse you dont want too, it's not becouse your not able too. if you stand there and tell me that we, as americans, bennifit from the sale of 1 toyota truck, as much as we do as 1 ford truck...your only kidding yourself. not really even an argument....simple fact. thats what we were talking about, remember? not fukin carpet, plastic forks, diapers....trucks!...that was it. not plastice, paint or anytthing else you can try to reduce down to the rediculus to try to make it sound that the ford and the toyota are equal in the bennifits to american when purchased by americans!!!
oh...i'm not trying to make you feel bad. i'm just trying to enlighten you...you WERE one of those "it's built in america" people. you truly, or you projected that you truly, thaught that buying an american ASSEMBLED truck was the same as buying an american MADE truck. i think it's crap that they (foriegn manufactures) have ran around duping people into that belief. when i hear it, i try to correct it. i did alot more "correcting" in fla. and too compair a shirt, a hat, a shoe, to the type of money were talking about in auto's is silly. i wont EVER spend as much money on foriegn made clothes than i will on my trucks...EVER!! i bet you wont either
