not covering things lately. I had mine not cover the best hearttburn med that works for me because there's no generic for it. The reason given is that there are other meds for acid reflux with generics. (basically other meds that do the same thing for cheaper). But that's complete horseshyt because there is a difference from one to the other. For example, I went thru 180 prilosec in the time that 30 Nexium last, and the prilosec still didn't do the job Nexium does. But, no generic, no Nexium. They wouldn't even cover with the brand name coverage where I pay more. Just straight up "no". wtf is that? My doctor told me that insurance companies are doing this allot now. How can they go against a doctor's script? How is that within ethical medical/pharmacuetical guildlines?
WTF is going on? Do the insurance companies know that that's not even a gnats ass as bad as it would be if universal healthcare were in effect, so they flex their "we ain't gonna cover that shyt" muscle cause they know we'll buy it. Cause fuk. We're still paying for ours, while they're turning shyt down.
