Then, to boot, all 3 CEO's of the big 3 automakers show up in DC on their private luxury jets to ask for money to bail out their broke azz companies. At that point, Wagoner was as good as gone. The problem was, the company was too far in debt. Which brings us to today. GM deserves to be humbled by filing for bankruptcy.

You are correct. They didn't. And no one on here was trying to say they did. My only fault with Ford, is the same with GM and Chrysler. If you're going to DC to beg for help, act and look like you need it. If you seen a guy begging on the side of the street sitting in a Mercedes, would you give him a dollar?

oh...my bad...when i went to school, "all ceo's from big 3 went to dc to beg for money...."woulda meant ALL OF THEM...INCLUDING FORD....but...my school was obviosly eronous in it's explaination to me of what "ALL" meant....sorry. and we also know ALL banks rode their prius to dc to beg for their money, huh.
dude...all you know is that the media made a big deal about their jets and not AIG's jets, lol
