Ugh. I heard it was going to be proposed, I didn't think it would pass.

If you drink and drive and kill someone you sHould pay the price. now someone drunk doesnt mean to hurt anyone but your judgment is off and your not thinking right. always have someone else drive while your drinking.I'm sure people say "it wont happen to me" bull snot I say it can happen to anyone so DONT DRINK AND DRIVE

Thats just it FUZO I thought I was cool and under control. and as far as the infringement goes hey im all about personal freedom ! yeah all you have to do is have enough just on your breath and you're done, sad. MMJ works wonders for me and millions of other sick folks, so doesn't HRT. but it's against FEDERAL LAW. I can get a doctor to sign my MMJ card but if I ask "like im pleading for my life or something" for AAS they just shut up right quick. yeah im sure things havent changed too much but I do miss the good ol' days and feel sorry for our future. anyway it's saturday, the weather is killer, gonna get a great workout going on then chase my honey around the house, so im not gonna whine.

Re: Alcohol. Good, bad or indifferent?

Funny that I was able to quit, cold turkey withot AA or anything. I know hard core alcoholics that drink less than what I used to put away. For me, what worked is to NEVER say "Hi , Im dzone and Im an alcoholic". In my opinion, saying that over and over and over makes it wayyyy harder to quit and forget the past and move forward. I am not an alcoholic. I had to attach total negativity to alcohol. I focused my mind on all the damage it does and in my mind, I had train myself to abhor alcohol and stay away from all situations where there's alcohol. No bars. Nothin. But if someone quits thru AA, I applaude that! I used to go to AA. It made me sit there talkin about alcohol for an hour. It made it HARDER to quit. AA is great for some folks, it was definitely not for me. Behavorial Psych says that if we repeat something to ourselves over and over, our subconscious mind will get busy finding ways to make it true. I am a non drinker. I'm Not an alcoholic. Why wouold I call myself an alcoholic? I dont drink and I dont care to. I have no desire for the shit. Done deal.
