    Re: Workout partner

I used to have a great workout partner. We both benefitted much better when we workedout together. We no longer live near each other, and anyone else just ain't right.

That dude had me doing 315 on flat bench when I was 24. I could get 3 reps. Not bad for a young buck that's light in the ass. Was a young buck. My muscles look better now though. As we all know that your muscles get more dense into middle age, therefore a better build is easier to achieve. Getting in the gym on a regular basis, period, would help greatly.

      Re: Workout partner

Ive trained with dudes and it always becomes overtly competitive. One dude I trained with started trash talking during workouts. I started throwing it right back and it led to me suffering a torn bicep tendon cuz he trashed talked during deadlifts and I just had to bury him..LOL...so to avoid injury, I do better trainin alone or with a female. Of course I was trainin with a chick when I demolished my rotator cuff doin dummbetll bench..so wtf??..lol

oh hell yeah, that works great when you have someone to train. I never can get them to stick with it though.

oh I'm no middle aged codger, lol I'm just not 23 anymore. I can tell a difference in my muscle tone though. There's a big difference between 23 & 33. I gotta while before I cross that black raven's bridge...a long time. damn near a decade. damn 40 is a long way away,lol...shwew, that'd suck.

                Re: Workout partner

I haven't had a workout partner in years. I tend to do better alone now. All that is about to change now that I will be working out of the house. I'll let you know how it goes training with Everlast.
