    damn I eat that many calories in two meals while off. for me to maintain weight I have to keep calories close to 4000. and to gain 4500-5000. 3000 cal and I shrink like I was starving. I am always hungry I guess our problems are opposite. don't think it's easy on this side either I have to work hard to eat that many calories and keep em clean. good luck to ya.
