  • another strange observation

for those of you who were never overweight you probably will not understand this. when i was overweight i got hungry, its normal to get hungry, everyone gets hungry, no big deal. my diet was horrible so i stayed overweight, and i kept getting hungry.

i eat a 70/15/15 split, i have for a while now. heres the observation, if i have a day were i dont eat every two or three hours , i dont feel hungry. i know i need the calories , but the hunger feeling is gone. i had a hectic weekend and didnt eat for almost all of saturday because i was unable to . i knew i was not eating, i knew i should have been hungry, but i never got hungry.
after a while i got weaker (i was moving furniture) and finally i got a headache, but never a actual feeling of hunger.

    weird huh ?

Pudgy - I've been cutting for about 40 years LOL, I've always been overweight. What you experienced is mind over matter.
The fact that you were busy and didn't have time to think about food was why you didn't get hungry. When you have time to sit and think about food - in my case read "I'm bored - I want to eat" that's when you get hungry. You can use this to your advantage. I did with smoking- quit after 30 years cold turkey. It was all in my head.

Never been overweight either, but experience the same thing. When your working or preoccupied, you just don't notice. I get hungry alot when i'm bored though.

Might have bumped up your metabolism a little? BTW I saved your cutting cycle for the T-3 dosing. Thinking I want to try that after I get a little more experience. For someone your size aren't the calories a little low? I'm 5' 10" @ 180 and I usually eat about 1800 on a 40/40/20 split right now.

Props to you. I wish I could get down lower than I am now. I'm about 12-14% bf and can't seem to get rid of that last little bit of fat. I can usually do 1200 calories natural for about a week , then I start feeling really tired and crappy. I might try clen/ECA cycle for a couple of weeks to kick my metabolism up.

18 months ago I was 240# with a 38" waist about 24% bf. This is the third time around for me. I've lost as much as 100# in six months but gained it back by being lazy. Not going there anymore.

I haven't ever been that overweight, but what I've found is that I just don't get hungry... whether I eat or not.

                              It's weird.
