      I don't think time should play a factor in the tip amount. Some stylists cut fast with experience and accuracy and some work slower with experience and accuracy. The finished product should be the basis of the tip. Just my opinion.

            Un taxed???? Texas makes them claim 8% I believe- that amount I'm sure has grown as it has been quite a while sinse I was aquainted with that line of work.

                            Oh and always a bare minimum of $5....if I get a bill and the 20% comes to less than $5...I figure it's at least worth $5.

                              Then...you have celebs like Tiger who I hear is a real cheap SOB whne it comes to tipping. Saw an interview with him where that was brought up in conversation. All he did was let out a smug smile.
