logic also dictates that 95% of TAX PAYING AMERICANS will get the cut. How can you cut something you don't take to begin with? Doesn't take a very smart person to do this math.

depends on how many you claim on your taxes. If you're married, you'd get the family rate, if you're single, you get the single rate.

You also make a good point, if it's coming through your check, if you're not paying taxes, obviously you won't get the tax break. A small detail that seem to escape Fuzo

You're opposed to him cutting taxes?

Of course I am not opposed, but I believe there is some fine print here that we don't see. He will raise taxes in some other area and Dems are known for raising taxes, not cutting them.

Let me ask you. In another thread you mentioned Chicago having a freeze on hiring police. I would imagine the freeze is because they can't afford it, would you agree? If the streets of Chicago need police, where do you propose the local government get the money to pay for it?

Would you not rather pay a little bit more tax to have your streets safer? I know I wouldn't mind paying a little more.

I agree, raising taxes sucks for those of us barely making it. This is why I don't mind if those making 250,000 or more per year pay a little more, they can afford it.
