Keep doing that and it will help.

Also, try the Stairmaster if your gym has one. Remember not to slouch while on it, as I see many people do. It is a great workout and I have seen good results doing it.

                          Re: The History of Quirky

Okay - so I went to my gym tonight and talked to the one of the co-owners. He used to be a power lifter and trainer. I told him what my goals were and he offered to train me - for FREE! We are going to start tomorrow. Hes going to up my cardio, start me on squats and focus on strengthening my core. He said I had a great start on my arms, good calves, excellent delts, great clavicles and was off to a good start. He's all excited! He wants me to start a notebook on what i've done in the gym everyday and hes going to take some pictures. Then in 6 weeks, we will take more pics and see where we can either change it up or keep consistent. He's not so worried about my diet yet but wants me to add some protein. Im thinking shakes? It was a great conversation and I'm so glad I brought it up to him. My gym has a lot of older people, a lot of overweight people, not too many power lifters and very few in shape. He made a point of saying that he thought I would be a good influence on his gym. Im so excited - things are looking up!

you look absolutely great; keep up the good work. How do you overcome the stress of the divorce and still push yourself. I am starting to hit a road block in my workouts as i am starting to deal with the same stress. I need to find a way to mentally get past it.
