For the guys and gals who track the markets, the dollar has been on a good run about three months now. I really didn't see this kind of move coming. The global instability of markets has everone running into the greenback. So my question is... do you think that the dollar has the potential to strengthen further from here? Either way, a temp move? Long term?

as i've said trade for 6 years was war trade
short the currency buy commodities
this is being unwound, and others are having too cover dollar shorts
i almost bought the uup 3 months ago, and did not cause, it was like, what would cause this too go up
i think the high from 01 was 1.26
so, it could go lot's further
it looks like it needs too rest right nowComment

As the price of crude comes down, you will see the dollars value go up.Push it, Pull it, Rack it. Repeat untill wide!!

I'm not sure how the value has gone up or continues to stay up as we are printing money from thin air in the tune of 5 trillion dollars now. It's going down again sometime.Assumption is the mother of all fuck ups
