A friend of mine had a pitbull that liked to jump on people, he had to put a shock collar on it to train it to stop. This person is very good with dogs also. The problem is when a dog jumps on you the first thing a person does is reach down and pet it, in other words, rewarding the dog for jumping.

I just got him. I will post more pics. going to get him started in classes so he will be fully certified therapy dog thru delta society in june 2009

my lab was bad with the jumping. i would just knee him in the chest..2 maybe 3 times and he was done with that bullshyt

You saved a dog, and it's really cool that he's get a chance to make a difference in someone's life who really needs help.

No one likes a dog jumping on you. We've just about broke our Rotty from doing that. He forgets every now and then, but we remind every time that is a no!
