Just further proof for people today that thinks that our own Gov't aren't willing and able to use it's own citizens for testing/research or even attack its own citizens for the "greater good"Thomas Jefferson - "When the government fears the people there is liberty; when the people fear the government there is tyranny."

I usually quote that program as evidence when peopel say things like "Oh our gov't wouldn't harm us intentionally" hell our gov't has had programs to figure out ways or plan attacks on it's own citizens and make it look like some other country for reasons to go to warThomas Jefferson - "When the government fears the people there is liberty; when the people fear the government there is tyranny."
