yes you can build the case without the body but as has been said, a circumstantial murder case is much harder to prove and if the defense can raise even a hint of reasonable doubt and keep the loopy beeyotch off the stand and they get an aquittal than she has effectively gotten away with murder cuz you don't get a second crack at a murder rap.

IF SHE DOESNT SAY ANYTHING ABOUT KILLING HER BABY AND SHE KEEPS DENYING IT HOW CAN THEY KEEP HER LOCKED UP,THATS THE QUESTION BECAUSE THEY CANT HOLD HER FOREVER WITHOUT HAVING A BODY. THATS WHY I WANT TO KNOW WHAT THE LAW IS ON THIS

i was locked up for almost 4 months on a crime i didnt commit..without any charges filed...they just kept holding me hoping something would pop up....it happens...
