Apparently the lab reports came back from the hair samples they found in her mother's trunk. It confirmed that Caylee Anthony's body was in a decomposing state. That supports the findings of the air quality sample the authorites took from the trunk.

As I type this I look over at my 3 year old son and wonder how anyone has the ability to harm one of these little ones? I know some reports say that it could have been an accident and all I have to say to that is look at her behavior since her daughter went "missing".

This has my stomach in knots! I'm going to play cars with my son now...

The mother's behavior has been so inconsistent with that of a mother missing a child. I would be FRANTIC and helping the police at every turn! She knows what happened to her precious little girl, even if it was an accident, tell the truth. Relieve some of the anguish that the people who loved and adored her are feeling right now.
I look over my shoulder at my 2 yr old, watching Elmo and think the same thing, how could you hurt your baby??

beeyotch needs to be beat down unmercifully for that. body has ti turn up. even in a landfill the cadaver sniffing dogs have a chance of finding the body. if it was dumped at sea, well.... they even found laci peterson didn't they? what quakity of life will this bytch have remaining free? knowing you killed ur child, knowing at any minute they can find enough evidence to try you. no statute of limitations on murder. the DA would be smart to let her free for now until they have more solid evidence. you only get one try at conviction for murder, do it right the first time so she doesn't have a chance at aquittal.

She didn't report her missing for a month and even then it was the grandmother that reported it saying, 'it smelled like a dead body in the trunk of her car.

Her story has changed numerous times from, she knows where Caylee is to someone took he and she was looking for her by herself for that month. All the while they have photos of her at the club.

Two seperate cadaver (sp) dogs come up with hits in the trunk.

They did a relatively new test conducted by U of Tenn. called an air quality test. The test revealed that there was a decomposing body in the trunk.

Now the hair sample came back as Caylee's and that she was in a decomposing state.

The evidence is apparently strong enough for the state to rearrest herr the other day. The lab reports on the hair just came back yesterday I believe so I imagine we can look for a murder indictment tomorrow.

Just like BigDawg said though....I hope they have all their ducks in a row or let her go until they have everything they need to ensure a conviction.

And she claimed there were 2 witnesses that supposedly worked at Universal Studios - well, those folks either didnt work there of hadnt for years. She's a pathilogical liar. Wouldnt know the truth if it smacked her in the face. She was a party girl and her baby got in the way. She's the female Scott Peterson.

Yes, you don't have to have a body for a murdr case but it makes it a hell of a lot harderto prove

I'm still lost at how a mother could kill her own child. She was so calm during all of this. We all know that if your shopping and your child even gets out of site- we have a fit until we find them, but this chick is just flat cold blooded!

That's exactly why I think she killed her daughter. Just like you said, if you don't know where your child is you are crazy until you find them. This chick was at the club, shopping, running up debt on a stolen credit card. That is not what a parent does when their child is missing.

What I just realized is the results they got back from the hair sample from the trunk are merely preliminary results. Padilla said when the official results are revealed they are supposed to be overwhelming.
