Today in the gym i heard these things that make me wanna throw 100lb dumbbells at them...
"Yall are here to lift weights im just here to socialize"
"I did leg presses yesterday so i'll do squats today"

There was also the dude talking on the phone for 30min in the squat rack

I'm an ass... I wear my baseball hat low so no one sees my eyes. I have my Ipod CRANKED to hard music so I can't hear anyone talk to me.
And when I see the shyt stains that socialize and I need the equipment, I step in. I'm not well liked by the trainers or the boners at the gym. But no one has the bones to say otherwise to me.

oh this one annoyed me today:
Dude was hitting on this really fit girl, who obviously knows how to work out and kept hitting on her during her set of squats. All the guy did was hit on her i didnt see him lift a weight at all.

ive picked up a few chicks at the gym before...but always quick and on the way out NOTHING DISTRACTS ME WHILE PRESSIN...and if a girl has an ipod on the whole time for Gods sake leave her alone!!!

...i used to work out at a POS gym where they let kids in and that pissed me off ...friggin lil kids playin with the machine next to me a gettin all in my space. And another one is the guy who comes in right after work...apparently he works in a junkyard because he smells and will get all up next to u!!!

^^^just a few of the annoyances i used to be around...gym is MUCH better now!!!

Dude, did someone actually say they were there to socialize? Did you tell him to get out of the gym and just go hang out at gymborie in the mall? That would have showed him.

I also like when you are walking and someone is coming towards you who is way smaller and the space is small so you walk sideways and they just keep on walking straight like an asshole.

ok, you got me started. here are my phucking piss me offs for my gym. there are these two senior citizen women who come into the gym every day at the same time. one goes off and hogs the crunch machine for 40 minutes. 40 frigging minutes!!! do a set, sit there and CROCHET between sets!! c'mon!! the other one is there tp pick up gents. i was doing legs thursday and finished hacks and was going to do leg extensions and beeyotch beat me to it and was like oh sorry were you going to work here? DUH?? i jumped in leg curl station and waited patiently (NOT) for her to do her 4 sets of leg extensions with the requisite 5 minute rest between sets. another one is the dude who wants to talk to everybody about his life. i'm like xadrenaline here, got the ufc baseball hat on down low, the ipod cranked, so i don't have to even act like i hear or see the dude. i don't want to live here a$$monkey. i want to strafe my body with the weights then go home, eat and grow!!
Oh, and yes, since you mentioned sandals, i have to admit we got a few dudes like that at my gym. here's my take on sandals: if you're a dude there is only one way you can get by wearing these, if your name is jesus. if it ain't you're an a$$monkey tree hugger granola eating fruit loop who shouldn't be in my gym anyway. thanks for letting me vent =)

Yea the seniors at my old gym did the sit on the machine for 40 minutes thing...made me wanna puke. Now the really oldies at my new gym actually hit it pretty hard.

And boy o boy the sandals thing!!!...seriously WHY???...sometimes i wanna chunk a dumbell on their foot!!!! Only JESUS can get away with that I agree...o and Arnold with the oldschool barefoot workouts lol

I cant stand when people come up to you while you are in the middle of a set and ask you "how many sets to you have left?" Like they couldn't have waited 10 more seconds for me to finish my set. I also cant stand it when peolpe get in your way in front of the dumbell rack. Like they will have one 25lb weight and they cut in front of you while you are carrying two 100lb dumbells and just want to rerack them. Some peolpe are so freaking rude.
